Legislative news – Landfill Tax escalator sees the standard Landfill Tax rise to a rate of £56 per tonne from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012, with further increases to:
- £64 per tonne on 1 April 2012
- £72 per tonne on 1 April 2013
- £80 per tonne on 1 April 2014
Changes to the Deployment of Mobile Treatment Licence (Environmental Permits) see charges per application introduced.
