Envirotreat Technologies Ltd was commissioned by Anglo Holt Ltd to design and implement a remediation strategy to address identified hydrocarbon contamination at a former manufacturing site in Bromsgrove and to enable discharge of the relevant planning conditions. Envirotreat designed an integrated remediation strategy which treated source contamination by E-Clay Stabilisation and groundwater contamination by the installation of an E-Clay Permeable Reactive Barrier around the site (thereby protecting both human health and controlled water receptors from the risk of pollution.). Envirotreat also implemented a ‘Discovery Strategy’ to address identified concerns with unexpected contamination in areas of the site which had not been fully investigated.
The site is being developed for retail purposes.
