Envirotreat Technologies Ltd was commissioned by Thomas Vale to provide support services for the redevelopment of Burslem College in Stoke-on-Trent. Envirotreat carried out focused site investigations of the proposed development areas prior to formulating a remediation strategy for the site and obtaining the necessary approvals from the Local Authority. The strategy involved a “watching brief” at key stages of the enabling works with supporting analytical testing of soils. This strategy enabled the retention and reuse of all arisings on the site resulting in significant time and cost savings for the client.
