Envirotreat was appointed by Deeble Ventures Two Limited to carry out validation of remediation works at a former college and associated land site in Smethwick, which has been redeveloped to provide 85 new dwellings. The validation works entailed the verification of clean capping materials in accordance with local council guidance which had imported to site and utilised in garden areas. The completed works enable the discharge of relevant planning conditions.
