Envirotreat was commissioned to undertake a comprehensive site investigation on a derelict parcel of land in Lichfield to enable a new residential development to be built.
Envirotreat completed a combined phase 1 and 2 site investigation for the site. The objectives were to review desk-based information and produce an outline conceptual site model and geotechnical risk register. An intrusive site investigation was undertaken to quantify the identified potential pollutant linkages and provide geotechnical data on ground conditions.
Envirotreat undertook windowless drilling, groundwater monitoring, ground gas risk assessment, soils analysis and soakaway testing.
