Envirotreat was commissioned by ADI Building & Refurbishment to undertake a watching brief during enabling works as part of a new industrial development of the former foundry site.
Envirotreat excavated a number of trial pits in advance of the enabling works to fully assess the underlying ground conditions and to enable subsequent excavated soils stockpile management. The soils were sampled / analysed and assessed in accordance with the requirements of WM3 to facilitate effective offsite disposal at a local receiver site.
