Wavensmere Homes continue to engage Envirotreat at their prestigious residential development at the former Friar Gate Goods Yard, Derby . Follwoing completion of the first two terraces at the site, Envirotreat carried out assessment and analysis of the proposed capping soils to confirm suitability in line with Envirotreat’s agreed Remediation Strategy and Method Statement. Once confirmed, the composition and depth of the capping was valdiated on site by Envirotreat to enable regulatory sign off of terraces 1 and 2. The first residents are currently moving in!
