As part of the ongoing 500 home residential development at Canalside South, Wolverhampton, Envirotreat was enaged by Wavensmere Homes to provide specialist geotechnical consultancy support to enable regulatory / NHBC sign off of the first phase of the development. Envirotreat provided a comprehensive geotechnical report to confirm ground conditions were compliant with existing guidance. Phase 1 of the development is now effectively complete and ready for occupation.
