Envirotreat was commissioned by the site owner to undertake a ground investigation consisting of a series of trial pits across the permitted area of the Croescarneinion farm, landfill near Newport.
The works were undertaken to support the Permit surrender.
In total 6 number trial pits were excavated to a depth circa 2.5 m bgl and soil submitted for metals and hydrocarbons suite of analysis.
