ADI Building & Refurbishment engaged Envirotreat to provide a Remediation Method Statement to ensure effective soil management for a commercial development at the Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton. ADI will construct three new commercial units following the completion of the enabling works.
In advance of the main works, Envirotreat excavated a series of trial pits to coincide with areas of cut (reduced level dig) to demonstrate the soil was suitable for reuse onsite or sustainable offsite recycling or disposal.
Envirotreat also provided a watching brief during the overall enabling works to satisfy the stipulated planning conditions relating to unexpected contamination.
On completion of the works, Envirotreat produced a comprehensive Validation and Verification Report detailing the works undertaken that ensured discharge of related planning conditions.
