Envirotreat was commissioned by Keyworker Homes, to undertake a site investigation of the former Dye Works at Biddulph.
Envirotreat designed and implemented supplementary works comprising:
- Borehole installation to assess ground and groundwater conditions.
- Trial pit investigation assess soils quality and ground conditions.
- Ground gas monitoring.
- Low flow groundwater sampling.
- In-situ permeability testing in accordance with BS5930:2015.
- Preparation of a factual report.
