Envirotreat was commissioned to undertake soils stockpile testing as part part of a large commercial development, the assessment confirmed the waste classifiication of the soils in accordance with the requirements of WM3. The soils were able to be removed offsite as non-hazardous waste.
Additionally, Envirotreat validated the soft capping layer around the new development to support the discharge of the relevant planning conditions.
